Comments on Watchtower July 15, 2014 Article: Jehovah Knows Those Who Belong to Him
This article demonstrates a basic technique Bethel often employs to by pass the deeper meanings of various scriptures and prophecies to establish their own claimant divine authority, while diverting attention to other things irrelevant to where the real apostasy has formed. In this case Bethel avoids the Biblical principle that the major Biblically noted and foretold apostasies leading to judgment all originate in the central leadership. ALL of them, especially Bethel the modern pinnacle of apostasy. This article shows a progression of logic and technique that allows Bethel to divert attention away from itself toward anything but the true location of today’s modern final apostasy.
In the article actual Bethel prophecies of apostasy and the coming temple judgment will also be explained. Samples are taken from the article and commented on in the true context of Bethel’s apostate condition and cover up.
Watchtower 7/15/2014 Article: Jehovah Knows Those Who Belong to Him
The Bethel Divine Authority Implied
Page 17, Paragraph 1.
“ONE morning, High Priest Aaron stood at the entrance of Jehovah’s tabernacle, holding an incense-burning .re holder. Nearby, Korah along with 250 men were also offering incense to Jehovah, each one with his own fire holder. (Num. 16:16-18) At first glance, all the men seemed to be loyal worshippers of Jehovah. Unlike Aaron, however, the others were arrogant renegades attempting to usurp the priesthood. (Num. 16:1-11)”
The only problem is the “arrogant renegades” are in the Governing Body and the Watchtower Society at Bethel worldwide. Thus the technique of applying the “Moses” divine authority type to themselves and the “apostates” to all opposers is a common technique of expert deceptions, and Bethel’s deception employs the same technique – self-assumed divine authority implied between the lines to themselves, while diverting attention everywhere the apostasy is not on potentially everyone else.
Now many among Jehovah’s witnesses overlook the Bethel UN alliances, and other scandals, and believe Bethel is a modern day “Moses”. But in fact the “Korah” “and his 250 men” type is who is running the Bethel ministry now, and keeping these delusions in place is part of their main method of that sector of subversion.
The primary modern “arrogance” of these “renegades” in the Governing Body is also for “usurping the priesthood” from anointed Christians for themselves alone. The latest example in the “faithful and discreet slave” revelation “lifting themselves over everyone” as self approved, self exalted and self appointed “lords of the faith” premature of a divine judgment determination of these things by God, is but manifestation of this modern “man of lawlessness” at Bethel. It cannot get much clearer to those not blinded as to just what has developed at Bethel in brazen arrogance and now no holds barred pinnacle blasphemy.
2. “Appropriately the day before, Moses had predicted: In the morning Jehovah will make known who belongs to him. (Num. 16:5) Sure enough, Jehovah differentiated between genuine worshippers and counterfeit ones when a fire came out from Jehovah and consumed [Korah and] the 250 men offering the incense. (Num. 16:35; 26:10)”
The coming temple judgment and Bethel downfall will do the same to modern Bethel Korah in it’s own manner of usurpation. By the “morning” phase of Daniel 8:14, of the overall temple judgment, “Jehovah will make known who belongs to him” right among Jehovah’s witnesses first. (1Pet4:17). That “fire” is at Revelation 8:3-5 and Zechariah 3:2 as the temple judgment desolation 8th King “trampling” context of Daniel 8:13-14. For at least two years JWs will be bewildered as per Hosea 6:1-3 and Daniel 8:14.
The Bethel UN NGO “transgression causing desolation” will be the cause of the Bethel downfall and God’s allowance of that 8th King attack. (Dan11:41 (Luke21:20) is the internal Bethel 8th King set-up. Matthew 24:15 is the Bethel UN NGO signal);
Distraction in Focus on Others
Now Bethel furthers the focus of the distraction:
3a. “A similar situation arose some 1,500 years later in the apostle Paul’s day. Certain professed Christians adopted false teachings; yet, they continued to associate with the congregation. To the casual observer, these apostates might not have been different from others in the congregation. But their apostasy presented a danger to faithful Christians. These wolves in sheep’s clothing began subverting the faith of some.”
Now the principle in all the major historic Biblical apostasies is that it develops first right in the leadership. There is no exception in cases of terminal ministerial subversion leading to prophetic judgment like the one coming on Bethel soon. (1Pet4:17; Dan8:13-14; Rev8:3-5) This point is not explained in the article, because it is an apostate principle ringing true at Bethel now.
This apostasy in the leadership first was the case in Israel, Jerusalem and Christendom, and Bethel will honor this principle as well. But rather than take this opportunity to point out that more basic yet important truth, now Bethel has Jehovah’s witnesses searching the pews for apostates “in the congregation” when in fact the main “Apostate Central” is right at Bethel.
And to add insult to injury, the Bethel scandal mill is the primary cause of the background reproach (2Pet2:1-3) that is the source cause of the “subverting the faith of some” effect. Many now accused of “apostasy” “in the congregation” do so for venting about Bethel’s own actual lawless and scandalous public record. So it is the purposefully lawless “wolves” at Bethel that are the primary source of stumbling in the first place. It is Bethel’s “wolves” who are the “sheep skin” covered spiritual predators, masterfully applying that “sheep skin” mental veneer of such credibility and divine authority in “smooth word” (Dan11:32a) articles such as this.
But once we know this is prophecy, not random hypocrisy, we understand a divine judgment is Bethel’s guaranteed destiny.
Now the method of the application of divine authority to themselves at Bethel in paragraph 1, and this technique of shifting focus to others externally and now “in the congregation”, all aids the concealment of Bethel’s central apostates. But as we see in Paul’s time and others, the major apostasies originate right in the leadership of the main ministry:
(Acts 15:24) Since we have heard that some from among us (at Jerusalem alleged “governing body” locale) have caused you trouble with speeches, trying to subvert your souls, although we did not give them any instructions…
(Acts 20:28-30) Pay attention to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the holy spirit has appointed you overseers, to shepherd the congregation of God, which he purchased with the blood of his own [Son]. 29 I know that after my going away oppressive wolves will enter in among you and will not treat the flock with tenderness, 30 and from among you yourselves men will rise and speak twisted things (such as at Bethel) to draw away the disciples after themselves.
3b. “Jehovah is no casual observer, however, and Paul would have known this from the way God handled the situation with the rebels— Korah and his supporters— centuries earlier. In this regard, let us consider an intriguing passage of Scripture and see what practical lessons we can learn from it.”
It is us Jehovah’s witnesses who will have to see also how God handles the current apostates at Bethel, the far more serious location of today’s ministerial subversion at a far more critical time in world history manifesting from the prophecy that forecasts it. It is not “practical lessons” that this “smooth worded” article is delivering, it is one of the basic methods Bethel uses to conceal it’s own apostasy by psychological deception by distraction by us of principles that are true, but used by Bethel to divert attention elsewhere.
We see the set-up in the first three paragraphs, now once that bypass is made over the central true apostate location to point out “in the congregation” focus, the main momentum of the deception is set. Now it is time to hammer home the need to be focused away from the apostasy’s true locale at Bethel, and out into the congregations – a place the final apostasy is not located!
4b. “After referring to the spiritual harm that apostates were already inflicting upon some within the congregation, Paul wrote: Despite that, the solid foundation of God remains standing, having this seal, ‘Jehovah knows those who belong to him,’ and, ‘Let everyone calling on the name of Jehovah renounce unrighteousness.’—2 Tim. 2:18, 19.”
The Real Apostasy
The truth is the apostasy Paul foretold (2Thess2:1-3) was barely developed, much less complete in his time because the faith was being established from the context of the Jewish religion and the Mosaic Law passing away as valid from God. Jews were mainly opposers who had no actual accurate knowledge of the details.
Isolated cases of apostasy were common in congregations, but none of them was the final apostasy of today’s Bethel proportions “in the temple” in the “congregation of the firstborn”. Paul was dealing with opposers who mostly had not even had an “accurate knowledge” leading to faith or anointing.
The apostasy Paul was pointing out to come in greater manner was to be from “among yourselves”, that being anointed Christians and is found in Daniel’s prophecy for modern application:
(Daniel 11:30-31) “And he will actually go back and hurl denunciations against the holy covenant and act effectively; and he will have to go back and will give consideration to those leaving the holy covenant.
(Daniel 11:30-31) “And he (8th King/King North) will actually go back and hurl denunciations against the holy covenant and act effectively (produces a successful operation Dan8:12b); and he (8th King) will have to go back and will give consideration to those leaving the holy covenant.
Now we know it is Bethel who fulfilled that “leaving the holy covenant” made evident at the 1990 3rd UN placement of Daniel 11:30-31, when instead of explaining that third 8th King manifestation as King North parallel, they went UN NGO instead and co-promoted that “disgusting thing” placement. (Matt24:15);
6. “Paul mentions the solid foundation of God in the same context in which he quotes Moses’ words about Korah and his supporters, recorded at Numbers 16:5. Paul was evidently referring to the events in Moses’ day in an effort to encourage Timothy and remind him of Jehovah’s ability to detect and counteract rebellious acts. Jehovah’s purpose was not about to be thwarted by apostates in the congregation any more than it was by Korah centuries before. Paul did not explain in detail what the solid foundation of God represents. Yet, the wording used surely evoked in Timothy reassuring thoughts of trust and confidence in Jehovah’s ways.”
The fact is, as an example, Paul helped quell an apostasy from the central location of the supposed “governing body” in Jerusalem with certain apostles and disciples in Acts 15:1-33. The judgment on Jerusalem was God’s final purge of the “a system of things” (Matt13:36-42) of that time as all Paul’s warnings were concerning that “day burning as the furnace” (Mal4:1), a complete destruction of the Jewish religious system of things in prophetically marked manner.
Apostates “in the” scattered “congregation” were not the main focus of Paul’s council about protecting the “solid foundation of God” from far more dangerous apostasy “from among you yourselves men will rise and speak twisted things” “in the temple”.
The Real Foundation of God
In addition a great teaching point applicable to the Jehovah’s witnesses truth foundation of 1914-1918 ministerial inception was completely ignored. Paul was speaking of a particular “foundation” in our time actually endangered from the very claimant supposed bearers of the Good News at Bethel. Seeming to verge on a deeper teaching, Bethel instead brings up that “solid foundation of God” only to form a topical truth about Jehovah’s ability to recognize those who are His.
After covering basic qualities of God for two paragraphs, Bethel bypasses the meaning of the “solid foundation of God” by diverting into basic teachings about Jehovah – more filler “vegetables”, true, but mere parroted therapy.
Instead of ascertaining and explaining the “solid foundation” is based on Christ as being the truth clarified from the Jewish religious system, then in identified error opposing the forming Christianity of Paul’s time, Bethel diverts into diffusion. Instead of identifying that the judgment underway at that time, that peaked in Jesus Christ, had laid a new “solid foundation” of truth in the Christ, leading to the events of 70 CE on Jerusalem for a finalization, Bethel forms a common method of diffusing away from the very topic they raised.
In our time the “solid foundation of God” is the 1914-1918 (Dan12:7; 7:25) and 1919-1922 (Dan12:11) Kingdom manifestation truth of Christ’s Kingship in God’s Kingdom (Rev12) and the Messianic Kingdom “birth” awareness “great sign seen in heaven”. The progressive ministerial announcement going out worldwide, that deployed in initial form into the WW1 tribulation (Dan12:1) of that time, that resolved into the League of Nations 8th King foundation (Dan12:11) in an 8th King sovereign designate counterclaim (Rev13:11-15) is the modern “solid” Kingdom “foundation of God” meaning.
That Kingdom issue that did become clarified fully by 1930, was the foundation of Daniel 12:7 (Rev11:2-3) and Daniel 12:11 milestones and timed period meanings of that time. That Daniel 12 initial fulfillment paralleled events in Revelation 10-11 Kingdom of God significance as the modern prophetic foundation that must repeat (Rev10:11) to completion, on that foundation, (Rev10:6-8) in the future, so it is very important to maintain that truth. Bethel subverts it and waters it down regularly now.
That an 8th King League of Nations manifested approximately concurrently is how Daniel 12:11 came to be marked in that first “disgusting thing” event of Revelation 13:11-15 in 1919. This is why that period of dual world government statements by God’s Kingdom and the Anglo-American globalist elites in the League of Nations is so significant as a “solid foundation” of sovereign Kingdom significance and meaning.
The entire sovereign conflict leading to the Armageddon climax (Rev16:13-16) was fully laid out in just a few years (1914-1919) concurrently manifesting with that Kingdom ministry in a unique marked world war. That symphony of events and meaning is beyond coincidence, and it was prophecy that must also have a climax replication of Daniel 12, so it is a “solid foundation” leading to a solid completion of God in the Messianic Kingdom finality. (Rev14:1; Rev11:15-19);
Thus reiterating this foundational truth of the Jehovah’s Christian witnesses ministry is totally bypassed by Bethel as if it is not important to remind disciples of this important foundation of truth. Now we see Bethel bypasses great opportunities to instead water down and obscure that “solid foundation” with various minutia and basics. That technique from bethel of parroted remedial teachings is attempting to undermining that “sold foundation” year over year.
Instead this is the depth of Bethel’s commentary, true but used for diversion by Bethel instead, just more Bethel hypnotic filler:
“What lesson can we learn from the seal in Paul’s word picture? For those who belong to God, Jehovah’s values and principles can be summed up in two fundamental truths: (1) Jehovah loves those who are loyal to him, and (2) Jehovah hates unrighteousness. How is this lesson relevant to the issue of apostasy within the congregation?
And now the JW mind can be directed into the local flock to help root out “the apostasy” that is actually in full form at Bethel itself.
10. “Timothy and other faithful ones were likely perturbed by the actions of apostates in their midst. Some Christians may have questioned why such individuals were allowed to remain in the congregation. Faithful ones might have wondered whether Jehovah really distinguished between their resolute loyalty to him and the hypocritical worship of apostates.—Acts 20:29, 30.”
And so the distraction and deception continues:
14. “It is also sobering to know that Jehovah does not tolerate hypocritical worship. As his eyes are roving about through all the earth, he can detect those whose heart is not complete toward him. Jehovah detests a devious person, says Proverbs 3:32, such as one who deliberately puts up a front, feigning obedience while practicing sin in secret.”
Would the UN NGO covert agreement with the 8th King system qualify as Bethel’s “hypocritical worship” and “devious” duplicity “practicing sin in secret”? In the twenty years since that UN endorsement is there any religious system now on earth better than “devious” Bethel as those “who deliberately puts up a front” to continue to cover this all up to this day? (Dan8:12b)
Bethel’s public record speaks for itself. (2Pet2:1-3); Prophecy and Bethel lawless evidence is what answers those questions.
The True Root of the Gradual Bethel Apostasy
15. “The overwhelming majority of Jehovah’s people are sincere in their devotion. It would be highly unusual for someone in the congregation to adopt a deceitful form of worship deliberately. Still, if it happened in Moses’ day and in the time of the early Christian congregation, it can also happen today.”
So true. But also true of the central leadership at Bethel. Jehovah’s witnesses have not deliberately adopted an apostate system of prophetic cover up and UN co-promotions (Awake! 9/8/1919) and alliances, it is the Bethel leadership that proves “it can also happen today” right at the top. It is Bethel that has accomplished this feat of the apostate signal fulfilling key prophecy today signalling the judgment on Jehovah’s witnesses first. (1Pet4:17) But such a complete deception over many, in the midst of a global reproach and stumbling campaign, took some very subtle, gradual development and positioning. (Dan11:32-35; Dan11:41; Dan8:12);
First God did have to permit this “operation of error” at Bethel. (2Thess2:11-12; Zech3:1-3) Concurrently Bethel had to develop the background authority in a guiding body capable of steering the ministry independent of individual anointed Christian “restraint”, or that of the “body of the Christ”. (2Thess2:3-10);
The “governing body” concept was first introduced and accepted from the 1940s and aligned with the corporate Watchtower Bible and Tract Society “board of directors”. Then the “Governing Body” title was then further exalted. Soon that “body” went so far as to even effect that corporate coup in 1976. That came at a period of organizational development in full organizational functionality globally in the Jehovah’s witnesses ministry.
Basically the whole organizational system was already globally deployed and functioning fine under individual anointed Christian guidance when the Governing Body decided as a body, against Fred Franz and Nathan Knorr’s better judgment, to assume dictatorial corporate and ministerial control. The Governing Body hopped on the controls at the perfect timing at Bethel to take credit and the limelight for all the hard work of the previous 100 years since Charles Taze Russell founded the organization and bore the initial Christian revived and reformed ministry.
That perfectly sinister timing allowed that “body” to masterfully slip under a veneer of already established spiritual credibility, based on former anointed works they were then associated with. Although having not actually done the work, from a time early enough to slip by virtually unquestioned, the Governing Body myth was born in full form in 1976. The ministerial steering wheel and stranglehold was in place.
Accordingly, by today’s time, after almost 40 years (Rev8:12) of this “gradually given over” (Dan8:12) development, this is the backdrop of Jehovah’s witnesses perception of the ministry. Jehovah’s witnesses think this is all normal and the way the ministry has always been managed. But in reality it is not, it is a committee rule allowing factional manipulation, that went from factional glory and control seeking apostates and impostors to complete subversion ability in short, but gradual time. (2Thess2:3-4, 10-11; Dan11:30-35, Dan8:11-14, 23a);
The Gradual Bethel Apostasy Prophecy
Prophecy indicates the modern Bethel apostasy developed gradually, with 8th King diversion and control as it’s main guidance and objective (Dan11:30-32; Dan8:11-13); The secretive UN NGO agreement is more prophecy (Dan8:13; Matt24:15) and more proof of what developments Bethel gradually positioned for then, and is concealing in cover up now, “throwing truth to the earth”, fulfilling this prophecy:
(Daniel 8:11-12) And an army itself was gradually given over, together with the constant [feature], because of transgression; and it kept throwing truth to the earth, and it acted and had success.
(Daniel 8:11-12) And an (JW worldwide) army itself was gradually given over (to 8th King infiltrative control), together with the constant [feature] (imbibed with misinformation), because of transgression; (UN NGO and other sins permits allowance of the compromise by removed divine blessing and discernment while fulfillment of prophecy is effected for greater future purpose); and it kept throwing truth to the earth (cover up, misinformation), and it acted and had success. (Dan11:30 “act effectively” completely successful unlike anything World War 2 produced in ultimate failure when compared to this 8th King engineered intelligence and subversion operation deployed through the Governing Body and installed Bethel agents);
The reality is, as per prophecy, the apostasy originated among anointed Christian defectors at Bethel (Dan11:30b) that opened the way to full subversive infiltration (Dan11:31a; 11:41) over decades slowly infecting (Rev8:10-11) and subverting the ministry. (Dan11:30-31; 8:12) Thus today’s Bethel uses expert methods of concealing this fact, while attempting to overturn the “solid foundation of God” temporarily and successfully to a foretold degree right from Bethel.
As per 2Thessalonians 2:1-4 prophecy in final form, the Bethel lawlessness is more recognizable now from amassed evidence as time went on. Truly their lack of “restraint” led to greater and greater recklessness and sins that in time led to greater “revealing” of what is really operative at Bethel, now a basis for the temple judgment. (Zech3:1-3); In time the Bethel patterns of scandals and lawless milestones, in symphony with 8th King world events and patterns like the 3rd UN placement of 1990, all matched key prophecy patterns in Daniel 8:11-14 and Daniel 11:30-35 currently now hidden under the Bethel veil of fictional interpretation of WW2 and USSR fantasies.
No wonder Bethel acted like they did not recognize the fall of the USSR disqualified them from anything King North related in Daniel 11:30-43.
Distraction Complex Complete
Now Bethel completes the method of diversion by external attention (par. 1), then internal congregational assessment focus (par. 3), now to individual assessment:
16. “Christian should examine his own actions. (Gal. 6:4) Because of our sinful inclinations, there is always the potential for inadvertently adopting traits that are less than sincere.”
Now the distraction complex is directed everywhere but the very place the central apostates exist at Bethel as foretold. The progressive logic in this Watchtower article shows how Bethel employs diversion even in their “constant feature” of profaned ministerial offerings (Dan11:32a), using the truth itself, in topical form with plenty of disjointed basics and minutia, to cover up reality, over simplify material, and extend the delusion under such a veneer.
As already explained in concept the gradual apostasy first has to be permitted by God to fulfill signal apostasy prerequisites at 2Thessalonians 2:1-4:
(2 Thessalonians 2:11-12) So that is why God lets an operation of error go to them, that they may get to believing the lie, 12 in order that they all may be judged because they did not believe the truth but took pleasure in unrighteousness.
And as we see the Daniel 11:30-31 3rd UN placement developments with the Bethel apostasy and parallel of Daniel 8:11-13 leads to the temple judgment. And thus God permitting this apostate signal prerequisite development is for greater overall purposes in a judgment determination to sift out the core apostates and “weeds”.
That apostate removal and judgment context is to remind Jehovah’s witnesses of the “solid foundation” to be revisited in final form as the Kingdom foundation must also complete the whole 144000 Messianic Kingdom “body” for Christ’s final Messianic Kingdom King-Priest coronation. (Zech4:6-9; 6:9-15; Rev14:1);
18. “In due time, Jehovah will expose all who practice badness or who lead a double life, making a clear “distinction between a righteous person and a wicked person, between one serving God and one not serving him.””
Now that is the distinction which the temple judgment, not Armageddon, shall make in the Christian congregation as Malachi 3:1-5 goes into a final fulfillment as Daniel 8:13-14 unique timed temple judgment prophecy and Revelation 8:3-5 final replication. In it’s own way the Bethel apostasy will give opportunity to clarify the real meaning of the final cycle of prophecy by Bethel’s removal, which removal will start the final cycle beyond the ramifications of the apostasy alone.
